The Countries Largest City

On the coast of the Atlantic Ocean lies Iceland's capital and largest city, Reykjavik. Home to the National and Saga museums tracing Icelandic Viking history, as well as historic churches and amazing places to eat and shop, Reykjavik is a must-see place for anyone visiting. Personally, I spent most of my time in this city when I wasn't exploring all of Iceland's beautiful waterfalls and nature because of how much there is to do here. Because most of the country speaks English as well as Icelandic, it is a very easy place to get around. Tour busses will happily take you out of the city and around the Ring Road, which is where a lot of the other popular tourist destinations are located.
